1. Overview
At AnimG, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our refund practices for subscriptions and one-time purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to this refund policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly Pro plan subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee paid.
- Prorated Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of a subscription renewal, you will receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period.
- No Refund After 7 Days: Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2.2 Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, you must explicitly request one within the 7-day refund window. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
3. One-Time Purchase Refunds
3.1 Playground Passes
Playground passes are one-time purchases that provide additional rendering credits for free plan users. Refund eligibility for playground passes is as follows:
- Unused Passes: If you have not used any rendering credits from your playground pass, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Passes: If you have used some but not all rendering credits, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase, based on the unused credits remaining.
- Fully Used Passes: Playground passes that have been fully used (all credits consumed) are not eligible for refunds.
- No Refund After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at animg@voycrew.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your account email address
- The transaction ID or order number (from Stripe or PayPal)
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- For playground passes: the number of unused credits (if any)
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Payment Provider Refunds
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Stripe Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used for payment.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account or the original funding source.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled more than 7 days after purchase or renewal
- Playground passes that have been fully used (all credits consumed)
- Playground passes purchased more than 14 days ago
- Services or features that have been used or consumed
- Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us at animg@voycrew.com. We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, provide refunds or credits outside of our standard policy.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues and process refunds when appropriate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of AnimG after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
