1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnimG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AnimG provides an AI-powered tool for generating mathematical animations using Manim. Our service allows users to create animations from text descriptions and render them for educational and professional purposes. The service includes:

• AI-powered code generation from natural language descriptions
• Interactive code editor for manual code customization
• Video rendering of mathematical animations
• Template-based animation generation
• Storage of your animation data, including descriptions, code, and rendered videos
• Download and sharing capabilities for rendered animations (available on Pro plans)
• Publishing animations to make them publicly visible on our Explore page
• Browsing and discovering published animations created by the community

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of our service, including animation generation and video rendering, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Your account allows you to store and manage your animation data, including animation descriptions, generated code, and rendered videos. Animation data is associated with your account and stored on our servers.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

AnimG offers subscription plans with different features and pricing based on your geographic location. Plans include:

• Free Plan: Limited access to animation creation (up to 4 animations), access to limited AI models, up to 3 playground renders per day, and no video download capability. Perfect for trying out AnimG.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited animation creation, access to all advanced AI models, unlimited playground renders, video download capability, and priority support. Pricing varies by geographic locale and is billed monthly.

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for your selected plan. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes to your subscription will take effect according to the terms of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing cycles. We will provide notice of any significant pricing changes.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you generate using our service, including text descriptions, generated Manim code, and rendered animations. However, you grant AnimG a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This includes:

• Storing and processing your animation descriptions and generated code
• Rendering and storing your animations on our servers
• Storing your animation data, including metadata, code, and rendered videos, associated with your account
• Using your content to improve our AI models and service quality
• Displaying your animations in our gallery or promotional materials
• Displaying published animations on our public Explore page when you choose to publish them

Publishing Animations: When you publish an animation, it becomes publicly visible and accessible to anyone visiting our Explore page. By publishing an animation, you acknowledge that:

• The animation, including its title, description, tags, and video content, will be publicly viewable
• Your display name and profile photo (if available) may be associated with the published animation
• Published animations may be indexed by search engines and shared by other users
• You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with these Terms of Service and does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You can unpublish an animation at any time, which will remove it from public view

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AnimG for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Generating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Creating offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Publishing animations that contain offensive, harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Publishing animations that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate privacy rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using our service for spam or misleading purposes
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Using our service to generate malicious or harmful code

7. Service Limitations and Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AnimG. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Additionally, there may be limitations on:

• The complexity and length of animations that can be rendered
• The number of rendering requests per user (free users are limited to 3 playground renders per day)
• The quality and resolution of rendered videos
• The availability of specific Manim features

8. Intellectual Property

The AnimG platform, including its logo, design, and functionality, is owned by VoyCrew Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnimG provides its service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of AnimG after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

Upon termination of your account or subscription, you may lose access to your stored animation data. We recommend downloading any important animations before canceling your subscription. We reserve the right to delete your animation data after a reasonable period following account termination, in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to AnimG immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoyCrew Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
