1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnimG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AnimG provides an AI-powered platform for generating mathematical animations using Manim. Our service includes creator, playground, publishing, and a curated Library feature that allow users to create, render, share, and browse educational content for educational and professional purposes:

• Manim AI Creator: Chat-based AI generation that transforms natural language descriptions into Manim code. Features include conversation history management, multiple chat sessions, interactive code editor, and video rendering of mathematical animations.
• Online Manim Playground: Direct Manim code editing and rendering in your browser. Write, compile, and render Manim code without any installation required.
• Publish & Explore: Publish your animations to make them publicly visible, and browse and discover animations created by the community.

Additional service features include:

• Storage of your animation data, including descriptions, code, and rendered videos
• Storage of your chat conversations and message history for managing multiple animation projects
• Update completed animations with new descriptions
• Playback and saving of rendered animations via the browser video player
• Automatic code fixing and error handling during rendering

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of our service, including animation generation, video rendering, and chat history, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Your account allows you to store and manage your animation data, including animation descriptions, generated code, and rendered videos. Your account also stores your chat conversations and message history, enabling you to manage multiple animation projects and continue previous sessions. Animation data and chat data are associated with your account and stored on our servers.

The playground feature allows limited usage without an account, but creating an account is required for full functionality, including saving your work and accessing advanced features.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

AnimG offers subscription plans with different features and pricing based on your geographic location. Plans include:

• Free Plan: Limited access to animation creation (up to 2 animations), access to limited AI models, up to 3 playground renders per day, and update completed animations. Chat history and conversation management are available. Perfect for trying out AnimG.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited animation creation, ability to update completed animations with new descriptions, access to all advanced AI models, unlimited playground renders, and priority support. Pricing varies by geographic locale and is billed monthly.

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method you choose. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for your selected plan. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Card payments are managed in the Stripe Customer Portal; PayPal payments are managed on PayPal's automatic payments page. Changes to your subscription will take effect according to the terms of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing cycles. We will provide notice of any significant pricing changes.
